Abstract

NTP index Southeast Sulawesi in April 2015 recorded 97.80 or decreased by 0.36 percent compared to the previous month was recorded at 98.15. NTP index each subsector recorded as follows: food crops subsector (NTPP) 95.06; Horticulture Subsector (NTPH) 91.77; Smallholder Crop Subsector (NTPR) 97.47; Livestock Subsector (NTPT) 104.38 and Fisheries Subsector (NTNP) 102.37. While the National NTP index of 100.14, down by 1.37 percent from the previous 101.53.
In April 2015, the national 31 provinces decreased NTP index and two other provinces have increased. The largest decrease was recorded in West Java province that is equal to 2.54 percent, the highest increase was recorded in West Papua Province of 0.90 percent. On April 2015, Southeast Sulawesi Province recorded deflation of 0.03 percent rural. This happens due to a decrease in the price index in two groups: foodstuffs fell by 0.80 percent and 0.05 percent of housing.
While the increase was processed food, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco by 0.17 percent; clothing 0.38 percent; health 0.28 percent; education, recreation and sport 0.38 percent and transportation and communication rose by 2.12 percent.
