Abstract

Southeast Sulawesi's export value in January 2024 reached USD 432.27 million, a decrease of 5.79 percent compared to December 2023 exports of USD 458.84 million. On the other hand, the export volume in January 2024 was recorded at 327.61 thousand tons, an increase of 35.20 percent compared to the export volume in December 2023 which was recorded at 242.32 thousand tons.

Southeast Sulawesi's import value in January 2024 reached USD 175.89 million, down 4.15 percent compared to December 2023 or down 29.44 percent compared to January 2023. The import volume in January 2024 was valued at 353.58 thousand tons, down 27.86 percent compared to December 2023 or down 45.87 percent compared to January 2023.
